For over a decade, ECW has been the premier gathering for the East African diaspora in the Washington, D.C. area, uniting professionals, entrepreneurs, families, and young leaders for a full day of inspiration, connection, and celebration.

This is more than an event. It is a movement where East African culture is honored, opportunities are created, and every generation walks away feeling seen, equipped, and ready to thrive.

ECW was created for our community, by our community. And after ten years, that mission has never been stronger.
